With the goal of prehab and for achieving proper muscle balance,this workout is designed for runners, but is great for everybody.  It focuses on deep core stabilizers and glute and hip strength.  There is also a little upper back and shoulders mixed in to improve your posture and power. You will need a set of dumbbells and gliders (paper plates or towels work great).
