"Alison's stroller bootcamp has been the best fitness experience I've ever had. I love that the workouts are tailored specifically for moms, using strollers for balance and targeting tough "mom" areas  after 9 months of pregnancy and months of recovery after a c-section. After working with Alison for 6 months I have more energy, muscle definition, and endurance than I've had in years. I'm so glad I discovered her class and hope to work with her long past my stroller pushing days!" ~Samantha H.

"I would like to start out by saying that Alison is an excellent trainer! She changes up the workouts so your body doesn't get used to the same routine. I began the stroller boot camp workout in July of 2015 (two months after having my baby) and now, nine months later I feel amazing. My core started out very weak and it has tightened back up again. My upper body has never been as toned as it is now. I am overall in a much stronger and healthier place since starting these classes. Thank you Alison!" ~Michelle B.
"Stroller boot camp with Alison has been amazing for my daughter and I! Alison teaches an amazing class and I have definitely seen results since i have been working with her! I have so much more energy and I can definitely tell that I am stronger. My daughter is only getting heavier and it's nice to be able to keep up with her! I love that Alison doesn't just focus on one part of the body during the workouts she incorporates exercises for most muscle groups. I leave the class feeling energized and strong!"  ~Samantha S.

Benefits of Group Training:
1. More economical – Personal Training provides the most personal attention and greatest opportunity to succeed. Some people, however, may find that group training fits into their budget better and still gives them the attention they need.
2. Camaraderie – Let’s face it, workouts love company. Sharing the workout enhances the experience for participants.
3. Motivation – Having someone exercising right beside you can push you a little harder than you might do on your own.
4. Support – Both the Trainer and other participants are there to help you get through the challenges of the workout and the obstacles in life.
5. Fun – Yes, fun. The right exercise program done with friends can definitely be fun.
6. Adherence – Research shows that members that are involved in programs are more likely stick with it. With all of the previously listed benefits, how could you not want to keep coming back?
7. Results – When you stick with a well constructed program, you will get the results.
