Navigating Postpartum Fitness

Let's rein it in, throw out the “body back” mindset, quiet the noise in the fitness industry, and efficiently integrate your health ​and fitness goals into your busy life so that you can meet the challenges of motherhood head-on and feel fabulous doing it.

5 Weeks to total confidence

Throughout this 5 part series we will:
  • Discuss the changes that happened your the body during pregnancy and postpartum,
  • Progress through exercises to reconnect with your core and pelvic floor,
  • Learn stretching and strengthening specific to the needs of your postpartum body
  • Work to progress towards your specific fitness goals, and
  • Put it all together with some simple methods for establishing a lifestyle that works with your mom life.

What to Expect

Session 1 (Monday, April 20): The Foundation
Overview, The Power of Breath, and Reconnecting with Your Core and Pelvic Floor Through Breathing

Session  2 (Monday, April 27): Posture
Stretching and Strengthening to Combat That "Mom Posture" Developed Through Pregnancy and Holding/Feeding Our Babies - and to set you up for success as we move into strengthening the core and pelvic floor.


Session 3 (Monday, May 4) Hips and Pelvic Floor:
 Re-strengthening Your Whole Pelvic Region (Hips, Glutes and Pelvic Floor) as it is Meant to Function Together!

Session  4 (Monday, May 11) Core:
Toning and Strengthening Your Core Intentionally and Safely - where to start, how to progress from there, and how to know what’s too much for you (right now).

Session ​ 5 (Monday, May 18) What's Next?:
Integrating it All into Your Life and Progressing Towards Your Goals.


After each session you will be provided with some simple at home exercises to make the most of what we do each week.
Other Important Details:
  • All classes are 9:30 am EST and held virtually via ZOOM. You can join from wherever you are! Be ready to be on camera and be up and moving too. This will not just be you watching me!
  • Must be at least 6 weeks postpartum to start (I'll do the math for you...that means baby is born before March 9).

Pre/postnatal Certified Personal Trainer and Pregnancy/Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. 
I have a passion to help empower moms to take control of their health and fitness on their terms! I know it's hard because I've been there - I'm a mom too!

AND with this series, I'll be right in the thick of postpartum again with you (my due date is February 4).
