While the exercises in the Postpartum Exercise Blueprint and the additional resources in the emails that follow will still be helpful to you, you also may be ready for more!
Often the beginning part is more mental than physical, but once we do it and have the body working together correctly, we can start building on the foundation (the stuff in the blueprint) and having more fun!
So, how’s your foundation?
Can you use your breath to engage your core and pelvic floor?
Can you successfully complete all of the exercises in the Postpartum Exercise Blueprint?
Maybe most importantly, do you WANT to start doing more?
If you answered yes to the above, you are probably ready for more.
