You’re cleared for exercise, now time to start running?

….weeeellllll, maybe not quite.

Trust me, I get it. After having each of my boys, I was so anxious to get back to running. Running has always been a part of me. It is my stress relief, my me time, the source of the majority of my friendships, and my main mode of physical fitness.

​But running is NOT easy!

Running is a single leg, dynamic, plyometric exercise… it’s not easy.  You need to be STRONG and STABLE!

My Postpartum “Ready To Run” Checklist will walk you through exactly how to know if/when your postpartum body is strong and stable enough to run again.
