In the Fast and Free course, we’ll uncover this connection and take the time to feel it in our bodies together so that you can stop treating the symptoms and learn how to optimize the system!
3 DAYS OF EDUCATION AND ACTION
Day 1:
Align & Integrate
In our first of two live virtual workshops, we’ll cover just enough running biomechanics to lay the foundation and understand the why behind our practice. Then we’ll practice a series of exercises together that will have you feeling your deep abs like never before!
Day 2:
Build Strength
You will put the concepts from the workshop into practice with a full body strength workout. I can’t wait to hear all your lightbulb moments in the Facebook group when you feel the power behind connecting with your core as you build strength!
Day 3:
Move Dynamically
In our second live virtual workshop, we’ll build all these concepts into the dynamic and powerful movements we do with running. On your next run after this practice, you will be feeling fast and free!
All throughout there will be a private Facebook group for community, support, feedback on your exercises.

On Monday, February 19th:
The party starts in the Private Facebook group.

On February 20th at 12pm EST:
We’ll meet together for our first workshop. Plan for this to take 45 minutes to an hour. At the end, I will give you the full body workout to practice on your own.

Between February 20th and 22nd:
Complete the full body workout, ask questions and share feedback in the Facebook group. Expect to commit 30 minutes to this.

On February 22nd at 12pm EST:
We’ll meet together for our second workshop. I will save plenty of time for questions and feedback so that by the end of these 3 days you will be confident in applying what you learned moving forward. Plan for this to take 45 minutes to an hour.Â
