Running Performance Camp

For GIRLS middle and high school track and cross country athletes.

Go into next season faster and stronger!

 

Take your performance to the next level and leave aches, pains, and injuries in the dust!

You will:

Develop the strength, speed, and power to take next season’s performance to the next level.

Develop the necessary mobility, stability, and skills for an efficiency stride to decrease the likelihood of injury while improving your running economy.

Develop habits and tools for training and nutrition that will benefit you in season and the rest of your life.

Program Details

Main Session:
Monday, June 17th through Friday, June 21st.
10:00 - 11:30

Tune Up Sessions:
Every other Saturday before school starts to check in, refresh, and get in a solid workout together.
July 6th, July 20th, August 3rd
10:30 – 12:00

Each session will include some combination of education, mobility work, strength training, plyometrics, drills, and breathwork. Besides strides and drills we will not be running much during these sessions. I will provide suggestions for running (volume, intensity, pacing, etc.) to build/maintain a solid base for your season.

*You will have the option to sign up for individual “tune up” sessions based on your availability after the main session for $40 per individual session.
