​A 6-week strength training program for female runners to run stronger, faster, and more efficiently without all the typical aches and pains!

  • Goal: Build strength and resiliency as you fine tune your body to capitalize on instead of fear those ground reaction forces.
  • Who it's for: All female runners. To be honest all runners could benefit from this information. However, with the workouts, some of it is programmed specifically with the unique needs of the female body in mind (our general pelvis structure and how that plays a roll with our movement and core).
  • Duration/Format: There are two workouts per week, each about 30-45 minutes long, plus 15 minutes of education to go with it. It's set up to be a 6 week course, but you can go through it at any pace that works for you.

Postpartum Run Ready Foundations

It includes seven weeks of workouts intentionally progressed from core/pelvic floor rehab back to the strength needed to run with confidence and six educational modules, each building on the previous, helping you to understand the needs of your body and put what you learn in practice in the workouts.

**The workouts and main content are essentially the same between this version and the one above. However, after experiencing the loss of our daughter it became abundantly clear that each needs to be taught in its own context and with respect to what life looks and feels like right now.
