**The workouts and main content are essentially the same between this version and the one above. However, after experiencing the loss of our daughter it became abundantly clear that each needs to be taught in its own context and with respect to what life looks and feels like right now.

- Duration/Format: This course completely is self paced including 5 educational modules to help you understand what your body needs and 3 mix and match sets of Full Body Workouts specifically designed with these principles AND the guidance to tailor them specifically to the needs of your unique body (no matter where you are in your pregnancy journey).
